Update: When I try to sign in to make a payment, it no longer accepts my biometric login. When I try to sign in with name/password, it says it's wrong. When I say 'forgot username' it asks for my account number, which I don't know. I tried to contact customer service, but they're closed on weekends. Paying one's bill should be easier than this.

The app itself had worked for me, but now it's updated. I have to say I'm frustrated with Fingerhut, as I've been a customer for a long time. About two months before they closed, I received another conditional credit increase. I've been working on my credit, and after calculations, if I spent $1500 on their store, it would boost my score by a nice amount. Even though the items are overpriced, the boost in credit score would be worth it. Then, bam, they closed, credit score went down

i am trying to pay my bill and the login insists that my user id has been blocked! wow, I been paying each and every month for close to 5 years from my recollection, not one time late, now i can't login as i always have, through the email link you send. which happens to be my username I don't understand, calling customer service gets me nowhere as I don't have my customer number to verify with. what am I supposed to do
