to be honest the experience in bolt Bulgaria team was horrible, every time I ask for something so the support team can check they close the chat in my face until I talked to maria which made my experience amazing and compensated me even with a discount and even refunded me the things that was missing which I was asking for days! , I would like to say she is an asset for your team and really we need people like her , sweet , kind , really the most amazing customer experience you can look for !

Took quite long to arrive and was a bit overpriced.

twice I made an order that was accepted by the courier and he didn't even pick it up, and it was not delivered for over an hour and 15 minutes, and when I got a declined order it was already too late to order from anywhere else on top of that, the customer service chat that contacted me was only there to reassure me that they screwed up and were not useful at all. Really bad customer service, there are better options available on the market. I personally stopped ordering through this app
