The app is good for the most part although until the most recent update I couldn't see the livefeed on the video doorbell. Now I am just having issues with the playback for the video doorbell where the feed won't play. Everything else apart from that works OK but it would be nice to be able to see the feed from the playback of the video doorbell.

Android app notifications have major bug. Enable lockscreen notifications on Samsung s23 ultra and the whole phone becomes unresponsive when you get an alert. It's OK with just pop up notifications so I suspect it's just the lockscreen code. Needs looking at ASAP. Others have reported the same issues. Otherwise it's OK for free kit. Setup is a bit inconsistent across the devices but works OK. Camera quality not brilliant but OK. Sensors for movement and door open are good.

The battery on the video doorbell will only last 2 weeks on a full charge even though there isn't much action for it to notify you about, Motion sensor, leak detectors and the indoor camera constantly going offline and having to reconnect and it has slowed my Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra down considerably. disappointed with sky, really thought they would be of better quality.
