good service all time
Rewards links don't work.
This app could be better. I have an online account which constantly directs me to the app but the app does not deliver the goods. Most frustrating of recent is accessing and claiming weekly rewards via coupons. Coupons can only be redeemed at Superstores and I have to travel to redeem. Over the last few weeks I have not been able to access coupons or redeem due to a fault with the app. This is not acceptable and should be added promptly.
it's a slow app, good for checking your bill and upcoming payments slowly and checking prize draws. Trying to upgrade your phone or add products however, painfully slow and when it comes time to actually giving them money, you best have a physical card or details on hand because if you tab out to your banking app to get the details it resets all your progress and you have to start again, even after a credit check. Sky services have really gone down hill.
