My Robinsin's Rewatds card was stolem with my wallet and bag lasr Sept 28. i was told i just need to download the app. Pls transfet my points in my lost card to this digital card. I tried sevearl times responding to your email " verification " procedure but afyer encoding 4 times the PIN you emailed me ..the screen hangs. Please look into this concern.Thank you.

Can be improved, but I like that customer support tickets that I have raised so far were addressed promptly and properly

stressfull ang apps na to parang walang kwenta gamitin paulit ulit Kaka update mo Lang Ng new password sasabhin ready to use pag pag loag in expired agad ang new password haysss.... negative....

You've fixed the issue with internet connectivity but now points are not being added. Already sent several inquiries ajd of course, no response. Not sure why I stayed. I said I will switch but here I am still shopping at robinson's for the ponits that I am not getting credited for.
