App has slowed down, has way too many steps to complete functions such as ordering, and it needs e gift cards loaded into the app so that they can be scanned by employees.

the app wont let me log in reset my password ( im pretty sure I know my password) or create an account. the only other way i can think to do this is create a new email but I dont want to. i haven't ordered from here in months. I dont understand why it cant be fixed. I have tried logging in with my Google account.

Other than the app being slow, after placing the order I've had cases where sometimes the system sends a text message asking to tap a the link or it won't send a text at all. Instead of automatically adding the reward points I have to type a code that is on the receipt using a hidden menu? There is no way to scan the provided barcode and I get an HTTP error anyway! The leave feedback menu is completely broken. I have over 15 receipts that have expired because I was unable to submit them..
