App doesn't prompt you to enter credit card info when trying to order. It just kept giving me an error. I didn't realize I had to scroll down further to enter the info. I figured it out. I just think a prompt would be helpful.

When placing an order, the app will give a very different estimated ready time vs the text message that the store gives. one is 8 minutes from now, the other is 20 minutes. I had a $10 off $30 reward. I had more than $30 of items in my cart. nothing weird. no other rewards used. but app gave an error when trying to apply the reward. the reward was not expired. the menu has so many combos. when the number of items is not that many, just the menu is all the different permutations.

The app pickup time defaulted to an hour later when I was only 5 minutes away. People who ordered at the counter got their food within 10 minutes. I have to use the app/website to redeem my points though, so being forced to wait that long because of an app issue is really stupid.
