This is one of our family favorites. I wish there were more locations but since there isn't, we try to go every time we're close and need a meal. Personally I love the super fresh salad with chicken tenders on it and ranch. Their regular and flavored tea plus soda options are so tasty! the wings are perfect! we love the garlic parmesan wings! the toast is the only thing lacking (wish it was like Canes toast). The staff checked on us several times and got us whatever we needed.

why apps don't include go back buttons or home buttons on every page is beyond me. You have to close and re-open the app when they fail to put buttons that let you go back to the main page. for example click on the Account History page and then youtr just stuck. there is no way to get off that page.

Chicken club sandwich was OK, but would have preferred grilled chicken like they advertised they had when first opened. Husband said worst potato salad he had ever eaten. The fried okra was good. Menu says meal comes with a side, but charged extra for okra and potato salad.

Good food! Experience is always great. My app no longer works, and I've tried every which way to earn my reward points from my order since it's become easier to just walk in to the store. I wish they would do something for my Android phone, or at the very least (which would mean the very most) have an easily linkable "Earn points" within the website, once logged in, instead of trying to direct me to an app that doesn't work for me. Yes, it was updated, deleted and reinstalled with no change.
