Fun way to pass free time! Only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because you must pay $4.99 to remove all ads, and there's a lot of ads so it gets annoying after awhile. Regardless, the game is fun, my 5 year old niece especially enjoys the game!

The issue I have with this game is that as the level increases and the doctors move faster, the nurse doesn't match their speed. Also, if we earned points you only get a fraction of the points. For example, if you earn 1345 points, you only get 134 points.

I don't mind the challenge of this game and I don't even mind watching ads to get more coins. However, it does start to get to thw point where even ads can't get you wnough coins for all the upgrades. It's a little disappointing especially when I like the game quite a bit. Also lately the ads don't load up and I have to restart the game without getting the bonus coin.

It a great but once you get past the first few levels it's hard to keep up with upgrades without spending money. You can't pass levels unless you up grade.
