01/07/20: all problems are now fixed. It is a good app, they have made a few things you have to pay for but you can get the basic info. Very happy with it at the moment, especially the valuations. 01/04/20:Doesn't work anymore. Edit: it keeps logging me out and won't let me log back in, I have a friend with the same problem. The only way to fix is it keep changing the password multiple times then it is fine for a little bit.

I used to use this app all the time whenever I spotted an interesting car and wanted to know what it was, and to buy checks on cars before I bought them. I loved it. Now however, I see a nice car, put the reg in, then it says I'm not logged in and loses the reg I'd put in, by which time the car has often gone and my short term memory is useless! Very poor user experience now. Now I can't even log back into it. Very frustrating. Such a shame.

Used to love it. Now hate that you cannot have a quick look without logging in. It keeps timing out the session. It only tells you that once you have entered the number and click on the search button that you are not logged in. And then it clears the search window once logged on so have to enter the registration number again.
