If your app used to work but it doesn't anymore, you need to check for or update an extra app that isn't mentioned. Eg: for Honda, you need to dl or update Diag Asia app. VW, Diag Europe app etc. I'm on an S21 and it never worked. But I remember tech support had me install Diag Asia on my S8 for my previous phone to get it to work. It's working on my S21 now. Good luck!

Update - it started working after opening Diag app that goes together with ap200. Stops workimg with latest update. Connects to the device but can not access mazda diagnostic anymore. Please fix it or tell how to revert to previous version?

Everytime I use the app, I need to reconnect and redownload the entire file for the specific brand Benz (not due to the update but due to a recent bug). Redownload around 800MB of data every time I need to use the diag is starting to make me unhappy by the service. It consume lot of my mobile data without reason, and delay the diag due to the time to download and unzip. Lot of time loss due to bug.

It's been a great device while it was working. Unfortunately, the software I purchased to use this device no longer works. I will be purchased different brand of scan tool .
