Developer Description
ScanMaster Lite is an application for vehicle diagnostics to OBD-2 standards.
The following ELM327 and compatible OBD2 interfaces are supported:
UniCarScan UCSI-2000/2100
APOS BT OBD 327
OBDLink MX/MX+
OBDLink LX
OBDLink Bluetooth and WiFI
ELM327 Bluetooth and WiFi
Pearl Lescars Bluetooth and WiFi
The interfaces can be purchased on our websites https://www.wgsoft.de/shop/ or https://www.obd-2.de/shop/ if required.
Everything completely in German and English. In the graphical representation of data, there are "pause" function. In this mode, the recorded data can be scrolled and zoomed by gesture.

Reads and clears trouble codes without fuss and without cost. Does a lot more that I don't need including an easy to use live datastream viewer and DTC freeze frame viewer etc, etc. Hasn't been updated for a while which is a good thing as its perfect as it is and updates so very often break things and randomly move functionality around.

It connects easily and it gives u many parameters to look at. But you need a PhD in engineering to understand it most of it. Simple ones are fine but if each included a simple explanation it will make this app the best in the market; Also another thing is that I can't email the log files or download them in txt or notepad++ files so we can easily read them.

Used the free version for years, as it have me just what I needed for basic info and check engine diagnosis. With a recent update, much more of the app is 'Pro version only', which is the developers right but makes the app far less useful unless you choose to pay. Time to find another app. As a bonus, I'll end up with a little better user experience (better ordering of monitored items, for example, making it easier to find the O2 sensor in a list of options)

I paid for this and now it's gone back to lite. not happy. sort it out. After writing this review, and yes it's the only way to contact wgsoft, the issue is fixed. waiting for it to happen again. and it did. wow.

I thought I was purchasing full version only got an .exe file... can't use, and now can't return.. how can we make this right? spent nearly $50 for something I can't use. website not clear (in German) I want to use this app, but you are not making this easy for me. Order number: 40056
