Super helpful and reliable, reduce hassle of calling to make reservations. Need to add more restaurants though, and might want to consider slightly more affordable restaurants to be onboard. What's with the extra large font after updating the Apps??

the app is great for booking tables in advance but I am having difficulties accessing my profile as the screen is covered by the bar below.

No longer worth the download. I've been a Chope user since 2020 (that's four years!), and it's a fair observation that the services have gone down significantly recently. It's obvious that Chope doesn't have an account manager for its partners, hence the closure of some of its partners are not reflected on the app. This defeats its very own purpose: what was invented to create convenience ended up becoming *the* inconvenience. Imagine showing up to a permanently closed restaurant!

The reward code vouchers always sold out - hence booking through chope, earning their points is COMPLETELY USELESS. First they reduced the number of points earned for bookings AND increased the amount to redeem rewards. They removed redemption rewards like food vouchers. My points are expiring but I can't even use it on anything.
