Fast, reliable, useful information almost always included; and on top of that customer service is excellent. However, and this is maybe directed more at the managment and style editors: photos of articles on models feel outdated and often lacking nice aesthetic. Sometimes stuff that I buy looks good in reality and when I put it on - on the website it just doesn't. And including short videos of model wearing those clothes would also be helpful.

The app keeps bringing up errors and needs reloading. Also, it doesn't have a quick response time. It takes longer than usual to open up a page, etc. Not so user-friendly, unfortunately.

The app hangs and has been becoming more unresponsive over the years. Navigation is a bit of a dread, which is a core UX fail for something as simple as an ecommerce app. You get the sense that there is no one supporting continuous design and development, so you just don't check the app often enough considering how it bottlenecks from discovery to buying pieces you'd like to own. Decent selection, though. But the product could be so much more than what's actualized.

Application does not work well on android. Very slow, blocking, does not allow you to choose more than one option (size, designer etc). Every time you have to go back and redo the search. This is a very basic feature for a shopping app. Not user friendly, can be significantly improved.
