scrolling feels awkward and clunky. most of the fitted women's tops are cropped and you can't really filter the crop tops out. for the prices it's disappointing how many of the items are polyester both for the environment and quality. Popular items and item colors will be discontinued for seemingly no reason. The app itself is ok but these things could be improved.

++++If I order 3 items using promo code and 2 items are at one local store and 1 is at a separate local store, why can't system distribute the promo to the 3 items and have ability to pick up at both stores? This would be a greener/cheaper way for UO than to ship items.

I made a purchase that I need to return. Customer Sevice cannot be accessed through the app and for some reason, when I'm logged into the app, it states I haven't made an order in the last 6 months when this order is from 2 weeks ago. When I try to go to their website, it brings me directly to the app. I will have to try from a computer, but this is an inconvenient app.
