Chordbot is a music app that lets you create and play complex chord progressions quickly and easily.

Use it to:
* Experiment with advanced chord progressions without instruments or fingering charts.
* Create customisable backing tracks for instrument practice sessions.
* Rearrange new or existing songs with different instruments and comping patterns.
* Experiment with music theory without having to master an instrument first.

How:
* Add some interesting chords
* Select a few instruments patterns
* Hit play. Fiddle around with chords and arrangements in real-time until you find something you like
* Export as MIDI, refine in DAW, release song, profit (optional)

Wonderful tool for songwriting. My only quip is that while it is great to be able to save your ideas, on occasion, the arrangements one has set can end up being recalled incorrectly. For example, you build a song with 10 sections and each section is different, you save it but upon opening it again, the song will have the arrangement from one section applied to all 10 sections thus losing all the work you did. Basically what I am saying is that the recall factor can be unreliable at times.

I thought this would be a great songwriting tool. After 4 hours of frustration I changed my mind. Basic things like time signatures don't exist except in a hacky way. What you write will not be what midi you get. I have the same chord in two sections but it's different each time in the exported track. Made one piano track but it splits into two tracks when I export. But only in some sections. One of my sections randomly glitched and just loops from the middle now. Had to start over...
