Recent updates to the app that was done last year made it better than ever and even better than BM online. What I liked is the ability to open various currencies accounts and deduct fees from the existing Egyptian account, and the ability to issue all investment products online. Possible improvements include: the ability to order US dollar debit card online, and two factor authentication for more accountsecurity. May be connecting the account to email, phone number, google authentication app.etc

Update: the issue has been resolved very satisfied from the update and adding the freeze for the credit i was waiting too long for this ,good job. disappointing experience I've been trying to log in using my correct credentials, but I keep getting an error message. I double-checked everything and even contacted customer support, but the issue still isn’t resolved. It’s really frustrating, especially for a banking app where reliability is crucial. Please fix this login problem as soon as possible

The app is very slowly . And Every time I try to log in, it immediately logs me out and shows a “Session expired” message, forcing me to sign in again. Also, when browsing transactions, the page completely freezes and I can’t scroll at all, which makes it impossible to use.
