Hi there, seems an techinical issue with this app, i've tried many times to initiate call but failed, however and to be fair i've got two calls from CIB after 5 hours.

This app is a total waste of time and effort. Complete failure. Not working and all the operations are permanently failing. You need to respect your customers and offer them a decent level of services.
