The platform itself is generally fine, but when shipping issues arise, the company does a very poor job of making the user whole. I recently had an issue where one of my seamail package arrived at the NJ ISC but likely got lost (it did not get any inbound custom scans after 1+ month after arrival), and even though the company filed a search request, they are asking the customer to wait more than 6 months from initial shipping before they will consider the package lost. That's quite unreasonable.

The game won't let you adjust the claw it only gives you one chance to move in a direction. Also mid game it will glitch and kick me out of the app but I still lose my ticket. It happens still when I just press play. I won't even get a chance to do the claw and it eats the ticket. Also very confusing to use and bad quality in general.
