Fun and addicting! I highly recommend practicing with the training machines before trying to win prizes c: they're free and you learn ^_^ the assistance dudes are nice, fair, and helpful. And the claws actually move the things you're trying to win (unlike other claw machine games). This is the ONLY claw machine game worth downloading.

The prizes are excellent fair prices . game play is good but there is a lag in camera for few minutes after some plays it gets better. Prizes takes months to arrive through sea shipping.

I used to really like this app until the most recent shipping rate change. It's Quite expensive to ship now, assists come much later one if given. There needs to be a better scale for calcuting shipping which takes in to account what is spent on the account per X period. Claws are still fairly strong, you just have to know how to play the set up you're on, glitchy plays are so/so with being return and staff Is mostly still friendly. Items are always packed well &received w/in the time promised

They have made the game much more difficult to play with smaller drop zone, much weaker claws and super thick rubber on the poles. Most of the prizes are on the same damn stations, even the less desirable prizes. There is not much people playing because of the bad setups which 90% of the players would need to hit 17-20 tries to win. A seemingly simple maneuver would take multiple tries due to the weak claws, thick sticky rubber and box.
