Command your officers and crew from the bridge of your star ship to travel, trade, and battle across the immense Star Traders Quadrant. Employ a wide variety of strategies as an Assassin, Bounty Hunter, Trader, Pirate or Smuggler. Can you manage your resources, crew and officers well enough to turn a profit in the complex economy that’s sprawling across the on-going interstellar conflict?

This epic space pirate RPG offers a deep and challenging world and economy to Star Trading captains. You must navigate the waters of Quadrant politics and choose sides among the constantly conflicting Factions, or take the risk to stay independent. Enjoy endless replay value in this deep space civ and trading simulation which allows you to take any path you want as a captain. Act as a pirate against the merchants using the great shipping lanes, join the Solar War as a military captain, or hunt targets across the Quadrant as a fearsome bounty hunter!

Star Traders is a turn-based strategy role playing game (RPG) inspired by games such as Space Trader, Master of Orion, Elite and many other classic titles. If you enjoy retro games, adventure and tactics games, Action RPG or Sci-fi RPG with complex depth like Master of Orion, you may enjoy the Star Traders space trading simulation.

You know, I played this when I was younger and greatly enjoyed my time with it. Its amazing how every Mobile game has turned into a cash grab filled with Ads. Thank you guys for keeping this game up and running, and spending so much time with development. You guys did a great job, making a good game with lore and a story RPG. I wish I had my old phone with that account! I just re-download it to play when Im fighting my kids to sleep haha. [I even bought the game before on my old phone]

Far too much info for a phone screen .. probably best played on tablet. In fact far too much info for my liking - but that's personal taste not necessarily a fault of the game. Those who live for detail will love it. .... myself...meh! Absence of ads is always an endearing feature of a sample game..big plus. Playability ?? .. I found it cluttered; but that's someone else's idea of immersive ... control is simple enough tho. Overall a nice, honest game, just not really for me.

Similar to another review, it's a little irritating that it either hides info, doesn't tell you how to find the info, or makes things harder than necessary (such as trying to buy and sell stuff and having to remember or write down prices instead of having a little up and down arrow when selling to tell you if you're making or losing money). I also buy fuel and have no clue why I'm breaking some trade agreement or whatever. I NEED fuel, why do I get in trouble for buying it? Needs QOL changes.

Information overload in every screen; UI is confusing, poorly labelled, and overly complex; artwork/gfx is off-puttingly high school level ; gameplay is a mile wide, a mile deep, but so murky that I don't want to dive in. Game has a lot of potential but it's evident that it's the product of a passionate but amateurish studio. Especially the artwork...I played ASCII games so I usually don't care about gfx but the art here is so rough I wish it were just ASCII instead. Game's too raw to recommend

Edit 3. Give the self-righteous indignation a break pal. You're not an unassailable god. The team claimed that if I purchased the upgraded version, my issues would be fixed. I purchased it, and the elite version is LESS compatible with modern devices than the standard version. That's your oxymoronic problem, not mine.
