Selection is difficult to navigate. Not able to easily add and remove items from my cart. Not all the buttons were showing up, either.

It sends a lot of spam notifications, and it doesn't let you turn just those off and leave the useful notifications on

Really wish there was some sort of emergency cancel or some sort of option available. Had a family emergency and had to leave town, and try as I might there was no possible way to cancel my order. I would have still paid! Instead the food sat on my porch for several days and after a death in my family I had to come home to a box of gross food that I had to deal with.
