The Mercedes-Benz Logbook App works exclusively and in seamless interaction with your Mercedes-Benz vehicle. Once you're registered in the digital world of Mercedes-Benz, setting up the app takes just a few clicks.

Without any additional hardware, your trips are automatically recorded and can be easily exported. This way, your logbook will almost write itself in the future.

CREATE CATEGORIES: Effortlessly categorise your automatically recorded trips. The categories 'Private trip', 'Business trip', 'Work trip' and 'Mixed trip' are available.
SAVE FAVORITE LOCATIONS: Save frequently visited addresses to automatically categorise your trips.
EXPORT DATA: Set start and end times and export the logbook data from the corresponding period to support your tax return.
KEEP TRACK: The intuitive dashboard helps you keep track of everything – including your collected milestones.

Please note: To use the Digital Logbook, you will need a personal Mercedes me ID and to have agreed to the Terms of Use for the Digital Extras. You can check whether your vehicle is compatible in the Mercedes-Benz Store.

Dropped a star, because recently my C class has stopped accurately tracking my start and end locations. Sometimes I drive to work, and the car doesn't recognise that I have arrived and switched the engine off, and I end up with one journey instead of 2 for that days commute.

The data deletion function doesn't work. It would be good to know this before recording the data! Moreover, it keeps throwing errors and asking to try again later. Three starts been the export worked after few tries!

Datenschutz wird nicht vollständig gewährleistet! Es ist leider nicht möglich, die Fahrten der letzten Monaten zu löschen... Es ist insbesondere kritisch für Mierfahrzeuge, da ich nicht sicherstellen kann, dass die nächste Mieter meine Daten nicht ansehen können, obwohl diese App mir vor der Fahrzeugrückgabe nicht ermöglicht, meine eigene Daten zu löschen... Am besten wünsche ich mir, dass ich in der "offene Strecke" Ansicht einzelne Strecken einfach und sofort löschen kann.

Encouraged to download the app from Eco Coach, installed and then immediately prompted to pay over £170 per year for this digital service. This is a feature other premium cars have for free, why try and charge people. It's also underhanded to market something in one of your free apps without making it clear there's a cost involved before making you download it!
