The free DB Le Mie Carte App is dedicated to holders of Deutsche Bank payment cards.
With DB My Cards you can manage all your Deutsche Bank cards in a single App.
Furthermore - in compliance with the provisions of the European PSD2 Directive for e-commerce payments with cards - with the DB Le Mie Carte App you can approve your online purchases in a simple and even more secure way thanks to biometric recognition (fingerprint or facial recognition) on enabled sites.

What you can do with the DB My Cards App:
- Approve online purchases in one click with fingerprint or facial recognition
- View your expenses in real time and receive an informative push notification*
- Download the monthly movement list*
- Update your data
- View the PIN of your Simplia credit and/or prepaid card
- Register for the Nexi iosi Loyalty Program**
Furthermore, if you have a Visa card, you can decide to activate it only when necessary, also customizing the geographical area of use. Do it in one click with the DB My Cards App.
* Viewing expenses and sending informative push notifications are available for all Simplia Credit Cards and Prepaid Cards. For debit cards and the prepaid card rechargeable with Iban db Conto Carta the functions are available on La Mia Banca online and mobile banking.
** Holders of credit cards (personal or corporate on personal positions) and debit cards issued by DB SpA can join Nexi's iosi START and iosi PLUS services, with the exclusion of company credit cards on corporate positions; prepaid cards and credit cards issued by DB SpA for Poste Italiane Spa customers.

Download the DB My Cards App for free. To log in:
- if you are already registered on the DB Le Mie Carte portal, log in using your credentials
- otherwise, if you are not already registered on the DB Le Mie Carte portal, register directly in the App

Non si riesce a confermare gli acquisti con biometria: arriva la notifica, si apre la schermata ma tappando sul banner non succede niente (niente schermata per riconoscimento impronta). Occorre per forza attendere l'arrivo dell'sms dopo 1 minuto!

Non ci siamo proprio: si blocca spesso e, quasi sempre, il riconoscimento biometrico per gli acquisti non funziona. Da DeutscheBank non è ammissibile che un problema del genere non venga sistemato.

The app and the overall user experience is terrible. Biometric login consistently fails with a message like "Oops, it's not possible to use biometric login now". Now!?! You have to jump back and forth between the app and the portal, because it's not enough to have username, password, biometric data and a TOTP generator like the others do, you also need every now and then an "e-code" that is only available on the portal. The portal has a URL that always makes me think of phishing. Terrible.
