It would be good if one could get enough information e.g. email messages about balances and new tarjetas when needed. Thanks for your reply. My comment was because it takes so long to get a PIN for a new debit card. Also I have such trouble with the slow speed of the UK pensions companies, not your fault, but it would be nice to have a credit card to fill the spaces. Works fine most of the time. Sometimes it gives an error though and I can't log in. All in all not the best, but also not as bad as others might claim.

With the new update I always need to wait for the security authorization just to quickly check my Bank account. It's already safe enough with the pin digit and the finger print of the phone. Please solve this! Thank you!! 🙏🙏🙏

Update 2023: Customer service can't fix it, lost online access to my account. Original: Access to the bank account and usage of debit card and transfers is now very difficult with the new DB Secure Authenticator app. Customer service is either unavailable or unable to help. I live abroad and can't go to a DB office in person. This means DB has effectively cut access to my own accounts. Will have to move all my accounts to an online bank that actually knows how to handle mobile apps and security.
