in General very satisfied with the new app, especially with real time payment update. Only one small suggestion that why this app can't learn from the manual catagorization? even if same catalogue has been selected for same monthly payment, but the app still doesn't know how to catagorize automatically.

I found the app good. few improvements are needed: 1. when I put the photo Tan number during transaction, it automatically executed the transaction without giving the chance to the user to do it by self. 2. in the app, the logout button is very far away and needs to be very near. thanks for understanding

The main menu of the new app is better. What is definitely worse in the access to the messages. I have not found a way to sort them base on date and they are not ordered chronologically. All messages are stored with the same name and you have to go one by one until you find the one you are looking for. That was better in the previous app, where the messages were stored by year and category. This should be improved.

The recent update reduced the quality of the user experience. It now takes nearly 10 clicks in order to assign a category to a payment. Transactions also no longer show a description in the financial planner until you click on them, which makes things harder to parse. They can also no longer be excluded from the monthly calculation.

Rock Steady

I've had to edit my ratings from a 5 start to a 1 star. Since the update, it's an absolute nightmare. Your staments are no longer synchronised meaning you'll find 2025 statements in 2022 folders There isn't even an option (that works) to rectify the problem. There are now to many problems within this app that I no longer feel my money is safe therefore I'll be closing my account with this Bank.
