UPDATE. August 25, 2025. From 0 stars to 5 stars. I transferred money from Thai to USA. Took about 36 hours, probably because it was a weekend. Service has improved. Back to normal. Come on, guys! Figure this out. Update. I just sent the transfer from Thailand to the USA. Let's see how long it takes, and I'll change my review. In addition, why doesn't your app give me a time of when I will get my deposit like WISE. That needs fixed.

I sent the amount and it's already been 4 days but not processed from deemoney.. don't know what is the issue. If it's repeating multiple times then we can't continue with deemoney anymore. Please take the action immediately

Two stars, instead of one, because they do have the best exchange rate in Thailand for money transfers. That is if you don't care when your transfer will arrive, or if it will arrive at all. Since at least July they've been having problems with their overseas partners and now transfers take weeks. Since they're not selling a product you can take back, but rather a financial service, trust is the most important factor. Without trust from customers, I don't see how they can continue as a business.

Extremely unreliable service provider regularly has issues with money being transferred on time to your destination account. They have been in international money transfer business for a while but still don't seem to have ironed out their issues with their partner in India. It's quite stressful situation that you cannot have any control over. I cannot emphasize enough to anyone trying to use their services DON'T USE DEEMONEY. You are better of using Western Union they seem to be more reliable.
