awesome app, absolutely the best tool I've seen so far for tracking weight loss. the ability to log your weight and add photos, plus measure each body part seperately and photograph those as well to track development means you can see and track closely the changes in your entire body. This ability to track and measure everything definitely is helping me stay on the right track as being able to see my progress in close detail is super inspiring. get this app, you won't regret it!

Had to immediately remove from my phone due to LONGGG ads (like 30 seconds each, every 3-5 clicks or so). Not only that, but they are CASINO GAME ADS and I'm a gambling addict in recovery. I haven't had a casino game on my phone in 2+ years, nor have I been to a casino in 6.5 months, and I don't have any issues on other apps or sites with this. Really annoyed. Also no way to adjust the calorie deficit. Says 1400 for me, but I intake 1700 a day and lose a lb a week.

I promise you, this is not the app you want. Your data isn't exportable (despite what the description claims). If you ever need a new phone or want to move to a new app, you'll never be able to move your data. And it's not an oversight - the developer specifically disables Android's backup system at the OS level to keep you trapped in the app. I've reached out to the developer multiple times. No response. There are infinitely better options than this. Turn back now, while you can.
