It's always fun to get Disney gear, especially when you find something you can't live without! The site is a little wonky sometimes, slow, and if there's an issue, you don't always know what it is. I waited long minutes watching a bouncy Mickey head until I finally realized one item was no longer available (I actually found an item I liked better) but it was still a bit of a slog. But a happy ending after all!!

Shopping on this is not enjoyable. If you look at an item and try to go back to your browsing list, it returns to the top of the list, not where you were at. In some instances that could be hundreds of items you have to go back through again. Two years later, this is still an issue.

Worst of Disney products. Filters frequently return zero results, even when there are obvious items that are part of that filter. I keep the app for boredom browsing only. Example: Open app, click search, click accessories, refine filter product type "ear hats and headbands" = Zero results found. This is obviously a problem when, at the click accessories step, most times no less that 6 of the first displayed items are, in fact, ear headbands.
