The app is great, but right now, every time I try to open a link of and kind, it crashes the app saying it has a bug. Edit: still crashing, so bad that my phone put it into deep sleep automatically. edit 2: still can't open links without it crashing...

Just started. Don't like the AI search option. This is intended to plant trees and save the Earth. Using AI contradicts that whole idea. If for some very odd reason you are forced to have that option, the same way you tell people how many trees are planted, you should tell people who use AI how many trees are cut down for that search

I've used Ecosia for years, it works pretty good as a browser. However, with so many AI features that seem completely counter to the "environmentaly-friendly browser" selling point, I can't help but question its integrity.

it uses AI which is hypocritical considering that I installed it for a better environment, AI data centers pollutes drinking water and the air, you claim you use solar panels but where are they located? and you also don't provide people with the names of those organizations for transparency. Also, I can't scroll down more images when I search about something so the image will be stuck and I don't have an option to refuse cookies.

A while ago I would have rated this app 5 stars. Its search algorithm was never as good as google which meant not always finding what you actually want, but I was more than happy to deal with that so my ad rev would go to a good cause. But now you've incorporated ai into the browser, which is the literal opposite of protecting the environment. If those features don't get removed soon I'll be deleting the app. Do better.
