Update: I am having issues accessing my profile within the app. It keeps crashing :( Old review: So far, I'm satisfied with my lifetime subscription. I finished Foundation level & am just starting Basic level. The graphics are cute & I enjoy pursuing the badges. There's some difficulty with the speaking portion (in that you really have to speak clearly even it's not how one would realistically speak) & the writing portions are kinda annoying unless you have a stylus handy.

I like it, but there are flaws. The 한글 alphabet is pronounced wrong in a lot of the early lessons. if a new persom came in to learn, they would not be hearing the correct pronounce and there was no option to report it. I really liked when the game made the words red when i pronounced it incorrectly, but after buying premium, it only tells me my percentage of accuracy, and doesn't mark what Im saying wrong. honestly, thats a downgrade. I almost want to refund, but it's been great for grammar.

Can’t access my purchased content anymore after logging in on 3 devices. Been weeks since I emailed support as the app instructed; zero response, not even "we got your message." Really frustrating when you’ve paid for features you can’t use. Maybe they’ll actually notice this review since they ignore emails. Won’t recommend until they fix this and start responding to customers.
