Everett App DevelopmentAbout this app
Developer Description
Track your thirty plants per week
With Plant Points you can easily keep track of your weekly plants. You can log any plant you eat and if it’s a full portion, a tea or seasoning. You then get a score for the days points and your score for the week. Plant Points also keeps track of your streak, quickly see how long you have managed to maintain eating enough plants for a healthy gut.
How it works:
- Log every plant you eat during the day
- You get a point for each unique plant you have eaten
- 1/4 point for a seasoning or tea
- Goal is to have 30 points or more for the week
Plant Points will even give you helpful suggestions of plants you have not even or other ways to meet your goals.
Regularly eat meals that have the same collection of plants? You can create meals in the app that you can quickly add all the plants at once. No need to add 5+ plants individually each time you have a bolognese sauce.
Is it hard to remember to make a note of things? With Plant Points you can set helpful reminders to add your plants after every meal.
Plant Points has an achievement system to help keep you motivated on your health journey.
Modern app design. Choose from light mode or dark mode. You can even change the app colour (if green isn’t your favourite).

Really nice app to keep on track of the number of plants consumed, however the ability to delete entries would be beneficial. Same as being able to edit prior entries and add in future entries would also be great (similar to MyFitnessPal), so you could then plan a week, but be able to amend accordingly if that then didn't reach the 30 plants?
Simple to use so it's easy to get into the daily habit of updating it, and it's satisfying to see when you've hit your daily target. It's really helped me improve the variation of plants in my family's daily and weekly diet. And the app isn't glithchy. Ways to improve it further would be if you could make a correction/ deletion if you enter something by mistake; and provide a tally of the total number of plants you've consumed in a day and week, regardless of the portion size
No lettuce for some reason. I could add it as a custom plant but that gives me reason to expect that other basic things are missing and gives me a bad impression. Edit after developers response: Lettuce is a very common and basic plant to eat. The app has an impressively large variety of plants including much less common ones, so to not include lettuce comes off as unprofessional, as does the dismissive tone of your reply to my initial review.
No avocado listed. Can't amend. I hoped for at least the basics on an app.
