have seen many complaints relating to my issue .Guys we r out of uae and hopefully we gat possibilities to access our accounts to transfer money but my account was blocked without my concern and everything is shattered down since i can't withdraw the money mi own money am trying to reach out customer cares services all in vain no response . we gat Emmergency issues to use our money buh all transfers are canceled .seriously we work for our money we support ur banks and then to access our money

Very disappointing experience with FAB. I was clearly informed that there would be no charges for the FAB credit card. However, AED 315 was later charged without proper explanation. To make matters worse, the sales team and the bank provide different information, which is very confusing and unprofessional. Customer care is extremely poor — calls are answered only after waiting 30 minutes or more, and the number is not toll-free, which adds unnecessary cost and frustration.
