my experience in pay it was terrible, the money that I must transfer internationally was deducted to me even though the transaction was not successful I tried to reach out to the call center but it was very hard to talk to them, I cost a lot of money to talk to them but in any one single call they cannot attend my call, until now I'm still waiting if they reverse my money back to my account I already registered my account with my phone number and email ID and also sent screenshots regarding the

Very poor experience. My money was debited, but the transaction failed. I called customer care 3 times in a week and requested cancellation, yet my balance is still not credited back. The recipient also did not receive the money. I sent emails and Instagram messages, but there was no proper email reply or resolution. Extremely disappointing service. Please fix this issue urgently.
