FitShow: Treadmill Workout v5.2.5
FitShow (Xiamen) Information Technology Co., LtdAbout this app
FitShow: Treadmill Workout solves the problem of tracking and managing treadmill workouts, benefiting runners and fitness enthusiasts who require a dedicated tool for monitoring their progress. Compared to alternatives in the Health And Fitness category, FitShow stands out with its specialized focus on treadmill running and cycling, offering a unique set of features tailored to these activities. However, its lack of permissions requests is a notable aspect, suggesting a potentially more private user experience. The app's high rating and moderate download numbers indicate a well-received product, but its in-app purchase model may be a consideration for some users.
Pros
- With over 500,000 downloads and a 4.3/5 user rating, FitShow demonstrates a strong reputation and social proof, indicating a reliable and effective workout tracking solution.
- The app's specialized focus on treadmill workouts and cycling provides users with a tailored experience, setting it apart from more general fitness tracking apps.
- The absence of permissions requests is a significant advantage, suggesting that the app prioritizes user privacy and does not collect unnecessary data.
- FitShow's in-app purchase model, although potentially a drawback for some, offers users the flexibility to access additional features or content without committing to a full subscription.
Cons
- The in-app purchase model, with prices ranging from $0.99 to $59.99 per item, may be seen as aggressive or expensive by some users, potentially limiting accessibility for those on a budget.
- Despite its specialized features, FitShow may not offer the breadth of functionality found in more comprehensive fitness tracking apps, which could be a consideration for users seeking a more holistic workout solution.
- The lack of information on the app's data collection and privacy policies, beyond the absence of permissions requests, might raise concerns for users prioritizing data security and privacy.
Best for: The ideal user for FitShow: Treadmill Workout is a health-conscious individual, likely between the ages of 25 and 50, who regularly engages in treadmill running or cycling and is seeking a dedicated, user-friendly tool to track and manage their workouts, with a moderate level of technical skill and a specific need for detailed workout analytics and tracking features.

FitShow: Treadmill Workout users say on Google Play
I am not having any issues with this program as of yet only thing I would like to suggest is can we get music that is country specific for the virtual runs/walks in those countries and can we get a larger assortment of music that we could use with each work out. It would be great to say click on a walk that is in Italy and here some local music instead of the same 2 songs that always play. Variety in the music would go a long way to making this app even better.
Great app, very useful and works on my phone and tablet. Unfortunately, even paying for a subscription, it only has setup for 1 user. This is really unhelpful!!
Decent app but I wish I would connect to my Samsung watch and Samsung app. Annoying to have things spread across different apps.
Liked this app on my inexpensive treadmill - controls it perfectly. However an outrageous subscription fee is now demanded to create or modify programs for a personalised workout. Used to be just part of the free app. So big reduction in star rating. No trouble playing music concurrently with Musicolet via Bluetooth headphones. Compatibility with cheaper heart rate monitors (not just the expensive brands) would be good.
New to using it, followed instructions and app loads. Detects topture bike but when I downloaded beginners track or used quick start I get a whirling circle and never loads. Would like to know what is needed please. No sound or image on downloaded plan. Quick start some music but nothing on the screen except whirling circle. Clocked couple of minutes activity when trying to setup. Used another app till I get a reply for this one.
