The app itself to track your progress is perfect. The limited amount of menus make it very easy to navigate. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the interface with RunKeeper is terrible. It doesn't post the correct distance so every day I had to delete the auto entry and do a manual entry until I just gave up and disconnect my RunKeeper. Other than that, what it's actually for, works great!!

I have completed five of their challenges. The medals are amazing. The first one I did I was able to track progress, see postcards and watch videos online. None of the others had this feature. I don't want to look at everything on my phone. The postcards are hard to read on a phone screen and do not autorotate. I end up losing track and having a stack of backlogged messages. Why would they not support web?

12/8/2025 - UPDATE: App is not allowing updates again. 4/1/2025 - UPDATE: It's crashing again. 3/26/2025 - An update was available on my device on the 22nd. Everything works much better. Thank you!! 3/19/2025 (2-starts) - I have been using this app few yrs now. the app is great, when it works. As of late, it has been glitching and not allowing data to be entered, it crashes and functions are not working properly (i.e. activity selection, date selection). Customer support is a hit or miss.

Based on the marketing, I believed this was an immersive walking experience, which is available at my gym and on home machines, and I love those strolling visuals during exercise, it really levels it up. So I thought the Harry Potter experience would be loads of fun, but I was totally wrong - it's literally just a goal tracker that doesn't even track your steps! you have to log them manually! It's not an immersive experience at all. It's a complete waste of money. don't do it.
