Wim Hof Method: Breathwork users say on Google Play
I started doing this excesise and my best time now is 3:33 seconds. I feel relaxed every time. I haven't done the cold plunge yet :( I've also tried the push ups after breathing fast for 30 seconds and holding air then doing push ups and it feels great ! I recomend this to all who are over 50 years old it will teach you how to breathe the right way and know when your body is low of oxigen which is extremely important for cell regeneration. I love to think back to 2017, when the app was small, costing only 5 $ once, having basic comfortable features and tutorial videos. However, I like the development of the app this day. It's a little pity that my exercises I paid 3 $ for are now behind the subscription now. The app, however, turned into a powerful tool to learn every aspect of the WHM. The guided breathing, however, gets quite repetitive after the first round. I recommend to alter the rounds and retentions just slightly.
The Wim Hof method is amazing. But the app requires a lot of attention. it is full of bugs and doesn't feel premium. I'm rating the app not the method !
The transition to a pay to use app is kinda low
Reply to Developer: App has worked for years without necessity to be signed into a Google account on Android or an Apple account on iPhone both free & paid Upset. I've paid for this app for years. For privacy, I've paid for the app then signed out of my Google account so I'm not being endlessly tracked. But now the app no longer works unless you're signed into a Google account on the phone. So I've cancelled my subscription, screen recorded the breathing exercises and deleted the app. Thanks!
