The App is great as is the company and the products! I received my 1st order and there was a pair of jeans that I did not order and was missing a pair I did order. The customer service is top notch and responded quickly. They went above and beyond. My jeans that were not included will be shipped out at no charge - getting a credit to apply towards future purchase - and was told to keep the jeans I didn't order.

Boutique is great! App is terrible! Can never scroll even halfway down page before freezing up and if you click to view an item, you have to go all the way back to the top of page and start over! I usually get irritated and stop looking. This needs to be fixed. Now this app doesn't save the items that you 'favorite'. Super irritating!! Please fix these issues!

You can't really filter what you want such as brands/Type of clothing only sizes. Also a bit delayed. I went to website to make search easier and then back to app to order.

Not great. Love Freckled Poppy bit the app could use some love. As others mentioned the scroll issue when you go back after viewing item is extremely annoying. The other big issue for me was the notifications. Even after switching them off I was spammed w. Notifications. There are way too many and the turn off function doesn't work. I had to delete because the notifications were over the top.

The app isn't always user friendly. It's designed to shop only. Don't press the back button because it will take you to the top of the page and not where you were so you have to scroll everything again. You can't delete a payment method. As far as the boutique goes, shipping is long and expensive and they will trick you into giving you a discount at checkout so you can't return it. Not a good business model and there are so many other boutiques.
