First Fix was a nice range of excellent clothing. My Stylist, Mikelle hit all my spots like magic. By that I mean both in style and construction; no hanging threads, properly and completely finished hems and seams on very nice fabrics. Do check and follow individual piece label instructions for laundering. Not every piece is a simple toss into the washing machine. My first Fix leaves me happy and wanting more.

I love this app so far, only got one stitch and loved a few of the items. Sent back the rest and paid for what I liked. Very gracious timing and payment arrangements too if you wanna go that road. The only reason this isn't at 5 stars is the app. It's buggy at times and it'll stay on a loading screen sometimes. Inconvenient at best and frustrating at worst, especially when you're trying to make payments. Either way, it's a small thing that can be ironed out in time. Overall a great business!!!

I like I am able to go back and see what I ordered and how to style the items. It is only getting a two star until they fix the fact that the app will not open from an email they send any more. You click on the email they send and it opens to the main screen and just stays there. Update: The app is now working correctly. But it would be nice if they added filters to the app allowing people to sort through all of the options for purchasing.

I cannot understate just how much Stitchfix has missed the mark, every single time. I would never recommend this site to anyone, there are much better services elsewhere. The algorithm sucks and it's almost offensive how stuck-in-a-box you are once you're locked in to what the formula thinks you want. You can like and dislike whatever you want, you'll still be stuck receiving boring, frumpy, out-of-season clothes.
