Overall, we've had a good experience with Wayfair, with a couple exceptions. The quality of the products, including the precision of manufacturing (which is important for assembly) is good. Selection is reasonable and the variety of pricing is good. Usually no problems with the shipping, but that's on the shipper. When there are, Wayfair offers discounts. Customer service is good. The most glaring defect is their IT sign-in and verification on their 📱 app. It's awful. Once you're in, it's okay.

I find this app to be buggy and slow. It will sometimes give me a spinning graphic. I've waited ten and fifteen minutes and it just keeps spinning. The searching algorithm is really unpredictable. I have used Google search to find things that the Wayfair search can't find. Once I tried chat help, and the chat session sat open for an hour, during which the agent talked twice, then the session ended.

I really like the products, range of price points, fast delivery. But the Android app is SO buggy now that I often give up. Whenever you minimize the app to, for example, check a message on another app, or set your phone down and open the screen again, the last page you were on is gone and you have to start your search all over again. Lots of "oops something went wrong" messages when you really get into a filtered search. Super annoying when you've scrolled through 300 of 600 items.
