The perfect app for precipitation and storms. Real-time radar data for rain, snow, hail, as well as lightning and storm tracks. High resolution precipitation forecast for the next hours. With a huge archive for all measurement data including lightning for all of the data which covers Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein South Tyrol (The Alto Adige region of Italy), France, and Luxembourg.

Pflotsh ECMWF is the "pro app" among the Pflotsh apps. If it is installed on a device and a subscription is active, all other Pflotsh apps on the same device are also activated.

In order to use all features of the app, you have to purchase a subscription for Pflotsh Storm or Pflotsh ECMWF:

* The subscription provides access to all functions and all data for one year starting at the time of purchase
* Price of the yearly subscription: See In-app Products
* The subscription can be cancelled during the first month, in which case, nothing will be charged
* Otherwise, the payment will be charged at the end of the first month
* The subscription will automatically renew, unless auto-renewal is turned off before the end of the current period
* The account will be charged for renewal at the end of the current period
* Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to „My Apps“ in Google Play

Die Auflösung des Radars ist top. Auch die Sturmrichtungsanzeige finde ich klasse. Allerdings braucht die App manchmal etwas zu lange um das Radar zu laden...

Noch nicht am Ziel. Diese App bietet mit minimalistischer Benutzeroberfläche komfortablen Zugang (speziell gegenüber den wenig interaktiven Karten auf der mobilen Website) zu den hervorragenden Radarkarten und insbesondere dem einzigartigen Stormtracking mit Zugrichtung und Intensität von Kachelmannwettr. Die Ladezeiten des Kartenmaterials sind allerdings recht hoch und je nach Zoomstufe fragt man sich schon, ob da überhaupt noch Daten kommen - auch über WLAN. Die Favoritenverwaltung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und wenn man alle löscht, sind prompt die ganzen Beispielfavoriten wieder da. Ich habe das Testabo umgehend wieder gekündigt, als ich sah, dass für die anderen Pflotsh-Apps weitere Abos für je 6,99€/Jahr benötigt werden. Da bekomme ich im Vergleich bei Meteogroup (Kachelmanns ehemalige Firma) für 9,99€/Jahr und gültig für SÄMTLICHE Apps mehr Gegenwert, wenn auch vielleicht nicht mit den am höchsten -aber nach meiner persönlichen Erfahrung ausreichend- aufgelösten Daten. Unwetterwarnungen und Vorhersagen zu trennen halte ich für vergleichsweise sinnlos, da genau das die Wetterthemen sind, an denen durchschnittliche Anwender das größte Interesse haben.
