I have used the other version of this service which was "Smartline" ever since they switch to this app have been nothing but issues. I got logged out of the app and I can't log back in. I keep getting "an Error has occurred, please try again later" is been 2 weeks since I been logged out and is not my credentials.

Wish it had its own ringtone so I could tell if I was receiving a personal or business call. Otherwise, it serves a purpose.

Have tried using this app off and on for a couple years. NEVER EVER have been able to get app icon notifications to work and email is just not fast enough if it works at all. Which results in customers messaging and I don't know about it for days sometimes, which is too late I have enough on my plate to be having to log into the app and refresh it several times a day. I finally just turned the feature off from my website completely. I prefer people just call so I can get the request immediately.

In-call functionality is terrible. App won't stay focused, so even though the phone is against my ear, it keeps sensing touch and opening other apps, muting or hanging up. What a mess. One call has dropped nine times. Even on speaker, calls continuously drop when using Data and WIFI, the only way to get Caller ID. Smartline had issues but was better. App is SSSLLLOOOOWWW! Terrible latency for loading and messaging. 😡
