The app has been improving over the years with more features. Refreshing a screen is always slower than desired. There is normally a bug in the new features. Presently, the reward time does not work as expected. It seems to set rather than add and sometimes I have to make the time 1 hour more than needed to get the right time. Glad to at least have the reward time feature after waiting years.

Just bought a Gryphon for first time. I've got 3 girls and 1 non-binary teen. As an IT Admin in my day job, the UI is nice and makes sense and it's all relatively easy/straight forward to setup. However, I've already started to experience a couple drops across all network devices in less than 24 hrs. But my biggest complaint is the app itself, SUPER BUGGY! I frequently get the "Request Timed Out" message which seems to be meaningless. It also freezes up sometimes and won't save changes.

I wish you all would have spent the resources you have to actually address the bugs in the app rather than putting a new coat of paint on it. I don't care what it looks like, just make it work! Settings still need to be entered multiple times to get them to save. And now we can't set different time allowances for the weekdays and weekends? I really want to get behind this product but i fear I'm going to have to start looking for other options. Unbelievable for it to remain in this state.

I've hardly had any issues with the app, let alone the router. But this last update, is ridiculous. The app stays stuck on the Gryphon logo. Then when it finally gets into the main menu. I get an error stating that my phone isn't connected to the Internet. When I'm clearly looking at the WiFi bar on my phone. Y'all need to fix the bugs otherwise I'm cancelling my membership this coming November. 🤷🏽‍♀️
