This app is great because it constantly assesses and adapts to your level. Lessons are also quite interesting so it's easy to stay motivated. However, I'd say the price is a little steep for how short the lessons are. If I hadn't gotten a discount I wouldn't have subscribed. But with the discount I'm quite satisfied.
Started well; tested l to evaluate user fluency, to tailor content. But inflexible, doesn't see when you've got it right if you include the next word as well, as in "moins vite" which didn't require the "vite". I've answered «on a répète» rather the «on a répéter». In the correction, I'd like to see the verb conjugated to put my error in context.
It is OK for dusting off old skills, and learning a bit of French culture. However it is lacking a speaking component that other apps have. The grammar and vocab is introduced eclectically so it is definitely more for fun than for people learning French for an urgent or specific purpose like a test, for work, or travel. There are days where I get really tired of the aliens and Victor Hugo storyline.
Fun lessons but 60 euros per month unless you take 24 or more months subscription is way too much for 15 min daily lesson.
I think it is a very expensive app for learning languages, especially because they offer a very limited material to learn it, is very general, plus i do not think is suitable for begginers. Nowadays, with less money you could find much better app of studying a language or even pay a teacher. Unfortunately, I regret of have purchased the subscription. But if you are not happy with the course, they won't cancel your subscription. So be careful
