Spent the first two days of the trial trying to get my bank to connect to the app (kept getting an error). Finally got it to connect & it seems like the app could be decent, but I couldn't explore much in a single day. After day 3, I was supposed to have 3 months at $9.99, but I got an email saying my sub was canceled, and I'd need to pay $14.99 to resubscribe. Maybe a 7-day trial would be beneficial until the app is more functional?

The first time I signed up for the app and claimed a free trial was about a week ago. I attempted to link my accounts to track spending and organize purchases but have been unsuccessful after multiple attempts. The second time I logged in within the free trial window the app prompted me to create an account again and then would not let me continue with my free trial, it said I had to pick a subscription plan. Very disappointing experience. Will go back to rocket money.

I really wanted to like this app since my husband and I watch a lot of Caleb's videos, however there are too many technical issues that I can't justify paying the annual fee like wed want too )): -external accounts are glitchy and don't update properly - it says external account added but then its not added -sometimes the app freezes and you can't scroll so you have to close the app down and open it back up (happens more often than it should, I was using it and it happened 3 times in 30 min
