the stats on the watch are not syncing correctly on the app. if I manually sync the watch every 5days, the only stat that will show on the app is thats day data only and not the other 4days. how to fix this?

I have a problem with changing the background. It's impossible. At first, I couldn't download and install offered backgrounds, and now they have disappeared. The only option is to use the ones that are on the screen by default or to use your own pictures, but there's no chance to change the font.
