Appreciated using the Hershey Park app for my visit on 7/19/2025. Instead of stopping to use posted maps and ask for directions I was able to find shops, restaurants and drink refill stations. Most importantly, the app lets you know the wait time for all the rides.

Great App, just wish passholder scan code was easier to access as I use it at the refill stations and it holds up the line while people try to remember it under HPGO, which in not intuitive for. people that don't use it alot. Other then that great app to use both while you are in the park, and while you plan your trip.

App is so-so. Can be very frustrating at times, but does eventually get you mostly what you need. Great for buying tickets and upgrades... Interactive maps lags (even with the park's Internet), but eventually gets you there. Searching for rides... recommend doing that before you get to the park to get yourself familiar, so when you're at the park, you can use the search functionality, because it will reset your filters frequently. You need it, but be prepared to be frustrated.

The navigation features of this app are terrible. It doesn't place the route on the map correctly, so you're going through buildings, rides, and grassy areas. And it doesn't alert you that you're going the wrong direction. Instead, it just extends the blue line from wherever you are. It would be better if that line extension was colored red to show I was going the opposite direction.
