Developer Description

A health & fitness app that can pair OPPO and OnePlus smart wearable devices.

OHealth (formerly HeyTap Health) is the companion application for OPPO smart wearable devices and OnePlus Watch 2. After pairing your device, you can set OHealth to access your phone's notifications, SMS and calls, and process or answer them on the device. In addition OHealth can records and visualizes your workout and health statistics generated by your device.

Accidentally unpaired my OnePlus watch 1 with the old Oneplus Health app and then could not pair it back on my 1+10pro phone. Downloaded this new OHeallth app but could not pair it either. Now the watch is always on the pairing screen and not functioning at all. Can a support reach out to fix my issue?

28/01/2026: got worse after each update... Now my battery last 3h max because of the tracking respiratory when before it lasted 2 days.. 15/08/25: watch change by customer service and still not working with the features mentioned.... Got a one plus watch 2 and I've got no data on the bunch a new tiles added with the latest update (mind and body, 60s health check, ECG, wrist temperature....) Send several emails to the support team, even with an generated error file but never got any answer....
