Love the game but it won't currently open for me, just sticks on the loading screen with jackpot :( I unfortunately can't access customer support because I can't access settings, all I get is the black loading screen with jackpot watering a plant on it Edit: had to delete and reinstall it to get it to work. It doesn't look like I lost any progress

I thoroughly enjoy this game. It has a very cute design and I really like building the house, giving us more options for rooms is the icing on the cake. My only issues are that there are a lot of server disconnections where it takes 3 to 4 times to reconnect. I want to continue playing this game, but I can't do that if the game won't even let me in to get my game information. edit: redownloading fixed my stuck loading screen issue

Y'all have ruined the game in recent updates. The orders used to call for high level items that accumulate as you play so you can get rid of them and clear your board/storage. They don't do that anymore, leaving your only choice to either spend gems to increase storage (a ridiculous amount for 1 storage slot) or selling the items which gives you virtually nothing back in coins. also the Events are now impossible to complete. (the past two, the current Halloween one I am not sure yet) Bummer

I just wanted to write in and say that the game itself isn't fun lately. All of my quests for the Halloween event have been "purple" items, I hardly get quests for any other items, it feels like the game is programmed for me to not do well- which is incredibly discouraging. Similarly, the main quests haven't rewarded me over six stars in ages, even though I'm merging dozens of times to create each item in the quest. The game used to be cute and fun but It's a money grab now :/

A few months ago I gave this game a five star review. Then the game changed and became frustrating and tedious. Players are tasked with making the same nearly impossible ingredient repeatedly. In doing so, you inevitably make high level ingredients that are now no longer requested and clog up storage. Many players now deleting the app and more will come. I'm assuming game producers want us to spend more money but I've spent plenty before the changes. In the long run they will lose out.
