this game got me through 3 years of insomnia. i only ever played it at night and it became my routine. whenever id play it my body would know that its time to sleep. great game 10/10, ads are super non intrusive and if you dont want any you can play offline. i usually have youtube on in the background and i really appreciate the ads happening only after some levels. planning to play more games from them

2025: I have been playing this game casually for many years, and the ads have become unacceptable, playing after every level. Taking 1 star for greed. Play offline to counter this. 2018: Another fantastic picross game from this dev. They really know this genre well. Controls are great, UI is clear, the atmosphere is calming, and lots of content. Highly recommended, along with Picross Friends!

If you're just interested in the art, it's a good app. I'd love it if the background of the grids was lighter or if the "fill" command didn't EMPTY cells it passed over...

Downloaded for 2 seconds and immediately closed out and uninstalled because the English and grammar is so atrocious. I looked at reviews to see if may have been too brash and retried it.... then immediately uninstalled again because the poor descriptions do absolutely nothing to explain how to play. Couldn't get out of the tutorial...
